I got into work early today (as in 9am) so I left early (as in 5pm) and with all my extra time (despite the traffic) I decided to try to cook a quiche. I followed this recipe:
I wussed out and used a frozen crust, though. I’d say it all went according to plan, though I’m not sure I could have planned for how delicious it turned out to be.
Let’s see if I can keep going with it.
I’m going to focus on anecdotes, things I cook, and things I work on in my spare time. At the very least my Twitter updates will magically appear here every 24 hours so there will be something posted.
